After 3 hours play, STILL IMPOSSIBLE TO STERILISED MY WATER !! Ihave 3 canteens and 4 tablettes. I try with all, nothing works. I find a bottle of water and new tablette. I try, nothing happen !!! WTF!? Im in the wood far away from city, my only water is a river, im gone die with 3 canteens and full tablettes ??? after 2 weeks survive !! really ? HELP ME PLEASE

I know how to do, but since update when hold left click after combine player immediatly drink water ! I see on right side of screen (tablette) but on left side of screen no option for sterilise. Its write canteen like you have no combine

Its seems player have canteen in left hand and tablette on right hand but when hold left click he drink water and dont make animation like always when sterilise (white circle in progress)
