If you take a wheel off the car, put it in the 5th wheel slot then drag the wheel in the inventory over to the 4th slot. It glitches the passenger in the car and the car itself and you get teleported under the map. Then upon exiting the vehicle you are greeted with a black screen and have to admin kill yourself or wait until you die of hunger/thirst. Pretty game breaking bug!
