Logged out inside a newstand building along the end of railroad tracks in Svetlojarsk. When I logged back in later I was immediately unconcious and bleeding, attempted to bandage after I woke up but then died. There was no other players around who caused this from what I could tell. It could perhaps be a clipping issue upon spawning in when I logged back in that caused damage to my character.
