Steps To Reproduce
Something that seems to be happening after a continuation of my previous bug where I could not reload or unload any gun on any character, not when trying to load the game at all I get a compile error just by launching the game.

The solution is to delete some XML file. Why the game can't detect this problem and delete the XML file for you is something I will never understand.
