My friend and I were playing on an official server at night. We had met up but separated briefly to look for food. He complained of not being able to eat anything, open doors, or generally interact with the environment. When we finally met up, I saw this horror scene:

On my screen, he appeared to have no head, and his flashlight was stuck in his hands. A re-log fixed the issue, leading me to believe it had something to do with de-sync. We were in Solnichniy at the time not doing anything out of the ordinary. This only happened once, and does not appear to have any clear repro steps.
