Releasing the push-to-talk button causes VoIP glitches

Description

If you release push-to-talk immediately when you finish speaking, the audio gets cut off for the listener. When you push the push-to-talk button again, the buffer will contain the previously cut-off segment of audio and play that to the listener.

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Hold push-to-talk
  2. Speak
  3. Release push-to-talk immediately at the end of your last syllable
  4. Hold push-to-talk
  5. Note that the last syllable you spoke is heard by the listener
Additional Information

You have to continue holding push-to-talk for a second or two longer than you are speaking in order for the buffer to completely flush.
