Military tents that have one door do not spawn loot. The tents are the ones where you walk into the door and there's a back wall. There's normally a wooden box and some stretchers on the ground inside of the tent.

These tents do not spawn ANY loot. No matter how much the loot table is adjusted. These tents are bugged and are causing players to believe the server is not spawning loot.
