It seems to be happening quite often, but whenever a container has items in it and you try to put a new one in-- even if it has more than enough space to place the item it does not go in and you have to walk away or wait or just keep trying it until it actually goes into the container (Car, barrel, tent, etc.)

This also happens when taking stuff out and attempting to bring it to either your hands or into your inventory slots.
