ST55 Precise Placement mismatch between server and client

Description

When using the placement system, the client will see and interact with the object at the location it was placed, but the server will recieve the players position instead. This is corrected for the client when they reload the area either by leaving and returning, relogging or a server restart. For example, yesterday on US 2-2 I placed a car tent across the width of the highway. When I placed it, I was standing on the edge of the road. 20 minutes later I returned to see the car tent had shifted, with its centre now where I was stood when placing.

Steps To Reproduce

Using the placement system, place a persistent object. Take note of its position, and your position when placing. Reload the area by relogging. The object will now be in your position.
