When you go into inventory screen and switch containers with Right trigger and get to last container at bottom of screen the game permanently freezes in menu and you need to restart game by going into the Xbox menu by hitting glowing button on controller. This has happened multiple to me in last 3 days.
If this helps, my character is equipped with Taloon backpack, tactical shirt (grey color), Gorka Military Pants (Tiger colors), ballistic vest and Athletic shoes.
Go into character invetory menu. Using R trigger switch containers moving down to last inventory container on character. Game freezes in menu when in last container requiring you to restart game by holding glowing Xbox main controller button ot go back inot Xbox menu and quit game while in menu then restart.
This happens to me almost every time I do this over past 3 days.

If it is not an issue, can you send us the ID that is shown next to the game version in the main menu, so we can try with the same inventory as your character has?

When I first responded to you I made the mistake of talking about the pressing Y to reload issue. I have edited my comments to the below:
Note that my inventory levels and make up are changing as I continue to play. Also, I was having the issue of game freezing in inventory for a period of 3 to 4 days days however I played for several hours last night and the freeze did not happen however I was located on a remote West side of map. Not sure if location has an impact? I will do further testing.
