This is the 3rd time in the last 24 hours that I have been unable to play due to my character being locked in database. logged off of a server after playing for at least 45 minutes, took a break for about 10 minutes and come back to this message. I have been unable to get onto a server for the past 2 hours since. Same thing happened yesterday at around 6pm EST and I wasn't able to get into a server again until I tried this morning at 10am EST.

If you are still experiencing this issue, please try to connect to any server and then send us the server name, time and date of the connection and also the full message you receive upon being kicked from the server.
