Xbox Gamertag. LordZentrex. Server:US 3667878. Time:5:40 am. Problem is constant kicking from any server this was last I joined. Plz fix. Asap. Without gear loss if possible.

Are you experiencing this issue still? The characters should get unlocked within an hour automatically and we also periodically unlock the characters manually. In case your character lock persists for more than hour, please connect to any server and then send us the time of the connection, the server name, the date of the connection and also the full message you receive upon being kicked from the server.
