If you are still experiencing this issue, please try to connect to any server and then send us the time of the connection, the server name, the date of the connection and the full message you receive upon getting kicked from the server.

My character is locked in database for a week now, when I try to connect to a server I have this message "you were kicked of the game database error" my gamertag is IndianaTIGER

We have deleted the characters for both of you as they most likely were glitched and prevented you from getting into the game. Both of you should be able to log back into the game now, please let us know in case you still have any issues with the characters.

As I have mentioned, we had to remove your characters completely as they were glitched and prevented you from logging into the game. We are currently working on a fix for the DB ERROR issue internally.
