wont let me in any servers. did not get the option for the update.

Go to manage games under dayz it should have a update tab if that doesnt work hold the center button go all the way to the right tab and press on restart console it will turn off show a green screen and should update upon clicking on dayz

Are you experiencing this issue still? The characters should get automatically unlocked within an hour and we also periodically unlock the characters manually. In case your character lock persists for more than one hour, please try to connect to any server and then send us your gamertag, the server name, time and date of the connection and the full message you receive upon being kicked from the server.
