I'm locked out of the game no longer able to play because my character is locked in database.

Join a server and then you'll be unable to play.

Additional Information

My gamer tag is DankOminous, please fix this. I gave 40$ to the cause to get poo'd on. I still love this game, always have, but please quit locking characters in the database due to server errors.

It happens from switching servers too often or when you get the dc code in red before it disconnects. Basically your guy isnt logging off or something so it wont let you log back on. I just switch gamertags play on the ladys name for a few then go back to mine and its fine.

It's crazy, that was literally the 2nd server I jumped in today. The 1st one I got lagged out of. Just now my buddy got locked out while he was in game. This update was no good apparently. I haven't had this issue until today after I updated my game.

Are you experiencing this issue still? The characters should get automatically unlocked within an hour and we also periodically unlock the characters manually. In case your character lock persists for more than one hour, please try to connect to any server and then send us the server name, time and date of the connection and the full message you receive upon being kicked from the server.

I'm able to play now, but this issue is far from resolved. The message that was displayed was "Kicked from game, connection timed out." Which leads to character locked in database, and this can happen from the game crashing, freezing, or switching servers from what I know.
