Description

I'm on Dayz on xbox and everytime I try to log in to a server I get a message pop on the main menu saying "You were kicked off the game. (Database error: DB Error)" and when I subsequently try to log back in to a server after receiving this message, my character is locked in the data base.

I first got this error yesterday evening from the time of writing this post but I left it. I tried again today hoping the new update (0.63.148590) would fix this but the issue has seemed to persist. Is there any way you can help me out?

My gamertag is RaZerrrXI and the game version is mentioned above.

Hello razerrrxi.
This issue occurs due to a glitched character which will have to be removed from the database (we are currently working on a fix for the issue internally). Please connect to any server and then send us the server name and time/date of the connection.

Just tried to connect to DayZ NL 3663900 at 1445 (BST) and got the same error. Hope this helps.

We have removed the faulty character from the database and you should be able to log back in. Please let us know in case the issue still persists.
