Trying to get a piece of loot visible on the right hand table in the standard military tent in Tisy, item did not show up on vicinity and could not be targeted, but sometimes in such cases getting on top of the spawn point and looking down on it resolves the problem. Tried this inside the tent by jumping up on a crate beside the table, then up on the table. problem was I then got stuck with half my character inside and half outside the tent. When I wiggled out, my camera was flipped backward, so of course I couldn't kill the zombies attacking me and died. Must be some sort of collision issue.
