If you are still experiencing this issue, please try to connect to any server and then send us the server name and approximate time of the connection. Also, please include the full (and exact) message you receive upon being kicked from the server.

Hello AMBERDOKO1PCO.
Is the character still locked? We are aware that the locks can occur and the character should get automatically unlocked upon an hour. We are also manually unlocking the characters every day. Please let us know in case your character lock persists for more than hour.
