Now its all ok, i dont know why, but i can join, yesterday was impossible join, and today is ok

The characters should always get automatically unlocked within an hour, also we are periodically unlocking all the characters in the database every day. In case you experience a lock that persists for more than hour in the future, please create a ticket to let us know.
