We have unlocked the character now, are you able to log back into the game or does the issue still persist? And if the issue still persists, do you get an error message upon being kicked stating "DB ERROR", rather than "Character Locked In Database"?

Thank you for the update.
The DB ERROR issue occurs due to a glitched character, which was very likely preventing you from getting into the server even though you were not locked any more. We have removed the faulty character from the database and you should be able to log back into the game. Also we are investigating as to why does this issue occur. In case you are still having trouble logging into the game, please let us know under this ticket.

Unfortunately there is no other way to resolve the DB ERROR at the moment, therefore we had to delete the character so you are able to play the game. (In case you ment that you have removed Save Data and it has not resolved your issue, the Save data do not affect your character, only the in game settings)
