Description

I was told that if my character got locked in database I needed to make a post here to fix it.

Hope this is what I'm supposed to do to fix it. Was in the process of grouping up with some friends.

This isn't the first time this has happened. I love the game, and would quite enjoy being able to get back to playing it.

This happens randomly. But before it used to connect me after getting to the last try. I don't know what more information I can give.

I am also having this issue I was teleporting and lagging so I left the US server I was on and and am now locked into the database can not join any server

Hello muckyhusky.
If you are still experiencing this issue, please connect to any server and then send us your gamertag, the server name and approximate time of the connection. Also, please include the error message you get upon being kicked (for example: "You were kicked off the game. (Character Locked In Database)").
