Description

Title pretty much explains it.

Adjusting the vertical sensitivity in game actually changes the horizontal and the reverse is also true.

Ex: Crank the vertical sensitivity up to a 100% and you can spin in circles extremely fast, but it doesn't change the vertical axis at all.
