I've not been able to play for nearly 2 days now. I've already submitted a bug report (T131997) I'm now getting a database error when I first try to join a server, then when I try again it goes back to telling me my character is locked in database. I've tried hard reset on xbox, deleting save file followed by hard reset, clearing mac address followed by a hard reset and reinstalling the game.

Hi Geez.
First off thank you for the reply. Currently my xbox won't sync data, selecting offline option allows the game to start, joining a server returns a Warning "You were kicked off the game. (Database error: DB ERROR) atempt 2 gives a "Warning. You were kicked off the game. (Character locked in database)". If for any reason you have to delete the character in order for me to start afresh i am fine with that.My gt is Mystery Rash

Hello again.
It appears that this is a different issue from the usual character database locks and is related to the character itself. We had to delete the character as it was cause of the issue. You should be able to log in now without an issue. Please let us know if it has helped

Is this the same error MysteryRash has been experiencing (You were kicked off the game. (Database error: DB ERROR)) instead of the standard lock? If so, please try connecting to some server and let us know your in game name / the server name here. Also, please create a separate ticket the next time when reporting issues to the feedback tracker.

I also have the same issue on both my accounts now my main has been locked for about 24 hours now.i guessing you guys are the only fix tried everything else.
