I was switching servers cause one server was black screened then the other server I switched to was glitchy. I backed out of the glitchy server and found out that I lost ALL MY PROGRESS on my character. I am quite mad about it cause I worked hard... I guess I can restart. But hopefully there is a fix to it.

nothing will fix it sadly I have the same problem, if you wait for an hour to 2 hours then switch the game back on you have a shot at getting your character back

I'm giving up on the game until this exact problem is fixed I love the game but having to hike out to the milarty zones just because I switched servers is pretty bullshit

@SlickGames Were you playing on trial version and then tried to switch servers upon loading the non trial version or have you experienced this issue when simply switching servers on the non trial version? And have you tried to connect to the first server later on? If so, were you able to connect?

Had this issue aswell Alive when I left one sever before it reset to avoid my character being locked in the database i was in safe place with a locked door so no way I could of been killed while leaving join a new server bam I'm a fresh spawn I was alive on that character for a very long time words can not describe how angry I am because it isn't the first time I've lost a multiple hour character due to a bug is there no way you can role my character back
