I have an AK74M fitted with a PSO scope. I have 3 30 round AK magazines. I took 4-5 shots to kill some zombies. I pop the mag out of the AK and top it up to 30 rounds. I put the AK in my hands. I select the mag & hit B to combine - nothing happens. I equip the AK to my back and return it to my hands. Hit B to combine on the mag. Nothing. I drop the gun. I drop the mag. I pick the gun back up. I highlight the mag and hit RT to.load the mag. Nothing. I find a submachine gun & pick it up. Find a magazine & hit RT to load- it loads no problem. Switch to my AKM drop a mag - hit RT to load- nothing.

The graphics appear to show a magazine attached when in fact there is no magazine. It is possible to chamber a single round at a time.
