I've found this glitch by trying to commit suicide cause i was being hunted by 3 dudes and i'd die from thirst soon enough, so i decided to take end my life and not give them the happiness to but it didnt quite work out like that

Steps To Reproduce
- Hold makarov in your hands
2)Press F11 for suicide animation
3)Open inventory and equip the burlap sack
4)Pull the trigger and your character wont die and only have a bloody screen
Additional Information
The Makarov Pistol had only 1 bullet chambered in it when i pulled the trigger
After having a bloody screen and trying to figure out what just happened i removed the burlap sack and still couldnt move or do anything nor see verry well
