Any idea on how to resolve this issue on our end geez? Or is this a problem to be rectified on your end? Just curious.

Fella on twitter found a workaround, sign in with an alt account while having your main signed in aswell, using the alt account open the game until you reach the title screen then switch to your main, press A, now at the menu sign out the alt account then your account will be synced in. @Benejamkenny mentioned this workaround helping someone else commenting on DayZ Twitter. Hope this helps!

Easiest workaround for this is to sign out of your profile, and start the game with no profile signed in. When you are past the loading screen, it will ask you to sign in, and you can now sign in with your main profile and continue playing.

After 550mb update managed to get into one game by using the sign out then load game trick but after that I can get to the server screen, it’ll load for a few seconds then kick me back to the server screen and that’s by using the sign out trick, if I don’t do that the game doesn’t even load just kicks me back to Xbox dashboard after about 5 seconds everytime. Have also tried reinstalling game

I have the same issues with servers, only advice I can give is to try different servers, maybe start at the bottom and work your way up. Eventually it will work. I think it could be a problem with the servers not showing up as full when in the server select screen, but I don't know for sure.
