Often it happens when I cant hold items or the items that I hold turn invisible thus I cannot switch items, or hold them, I can put items in and out of my inventory with TAB but cant hold anything or use anything, this happens especially in 90+ ping servers, which is not that high..
the severe bug is that my hand totally cannot hold anything thus what I hold disappears.
there was also when the item in my hand "disappeared" which is less severe it seemed as though I was holding an invisible item with the same silhouette but restarting fixed it.
restarting with the empty hand bug DID NOT fix it, making me lose many items and guns.

I have lost many items and guns when my hands went buggy, meaning that when I couldn't hold anything my hand just cleared, as though what I had disappeared, that is the more severe bug.
I was using the newest 0.63.147489 experimental
except for the invisible hand and empty hand bugs I specified above and a few things missing, I love the new update, good job.
update: can move items in the inventory , in or out, I think it might be connected to my character, it got the bug, and now there is the same problem on every server with that character

I'm having the same problem with my character, I can't put any items in my hand, whether its a weapon or food, leaving me unarmed and unable to eat. It does that same animation when i try to take something from the ground into my hands. It sucks because I think the only way i can fix it is to die but i dont want to lose my gear. It isnt a lag issue because i can put things in my inventory and take them out without a problem. The only thing i can do is drink water from wells and open doors.

I know the fix! You need to split ammo or rags until you don't have any space left in your inventory and then it forces to go to your hands.
