At current, only the FA-181 Black Wasp, To-201 Shikra, and the Sentinel have access to Anti-Radiation Missiles and/or Small-Diameter Bombs. While I understand that it's easier for B01 to reconfigure their own creations than potentially step on BI's toes, CAS jets like the A-164 Wipeout would benefit greatly from SDBs, and some CAS jets could potentially carry a small number of ARMs.

While we're on the topic, it seems like ARMs would be vital to the AAF's air and armor-centric strategy. Could the A-149 Gryphon at least get the option to load some ARMs?
