Basically after playing a while me and my friends looted a few buildings got some good loot,after that we had to change the servers because the one we were on crashed. And when i wanted to eat or defend myself i can't equip anything in my hands. I tried it with a new Character and everythings fine, my friends need to constantly feed me and protect me because i'm unable to do anything.
