I had this problem occur about 5 or 6 times when playing this morning..
I would open inventory try to click something screen would freeze then crash with no error message...

I Have found out what causes this i believe now..
I had issue with another game crashing GTA 5. and had looked up a error message i got from that.
Over clocking software MSI Afterburner 4.5.0 was found to be conflicting DX 11 in certain games or something..
I tried under clocking it but didn't matter what i did to it would crash..
I uninstalled Afterburner and since i have no more crashes when opening inventory or entering the game which had started happening too :)
