When I logged out with my character I had a black High Capacity Vest equipped with 3 fully loaded Ak-mags, 2 fully loaded CR75-mags, a few loose bullets and a CR75 pistol. After I logged in again with the same character instead of having the High Capacity Vest I now had a beige Ballistic Vest equipped. So all the stuff I had in my black High Capacity Vest was gone as well as the Vest itself.

Time between logging off and logging back in was 3 or 4 days (I logged in again on the 25th of June 2018). Before logging in again the game got updated with an approximately 500MB patch.
I was playing the .63 experimental branch.
I never equipped another vest with this character except the black High Capacity Vest.

Actually I think they recently are changing item codes, for different types of clothing and guns, the server may have gotten confuzziled by the new code and just gave you a new vest instead. Hopefully i'm right but probably wrong. Recently I have been finding new names for guns so that is why I think so.
