The problem:
When i swap a "local vicinity object" with an "item i am currently wearing".
The local item stays on the ground, and doesn't swap, the worn item stays on.

If i take the worn item off and place it in the vicinity a bug occurs where i cant retrieve either of the items.

Related of the same problem:
Sometimes without causing a swap bug, i cant lift a local vicinity item by double clicking it in the inventory, however sometimes i can lift that very same item by looking at it and pressing [F].
However If i cause the swap bug, [F] will not lift the item either.

This occurs Every single time i try to swap a local item with an item im wearing, eg: backpacks, helmet, boots. And has certain happened to me with backpack helmet and boots and harnesses and jackets and pants of varying types.
