What's the Problem?: Some of my friends have had this problem too along with myself, let's say you see a jacket on the ground( nothing in it but it really doesn't matter if something's in it. ) and you try to swap it out with the one you currently have ( I think this is where the bug comes in. ) For some reason it won't go into your inventory or put it on no matter how many times you drag and drop and it just won't put it on. Then lets say you run somewhere or log out later on you will end up having that jacket you tried to put on and lose the jacket you have already had on with all of the stuff missing and if your lucky you can make it back to that spot where you found that jacket and actually retrieve it but in most cases it'll simply disappear.

Steps To Reproduce
Steps:
- Find Jacket ( Doesn't have to be a jacket )
- Try to put it on ( If it won't put it on your character then the bug has started )
- The jacket should disappear from your character and lose your items in that jacket in minutes, half and hour later or after a relog.
Additional Information
How to Avoid this bug?:
- Drop the jacket you currently have ( Remember, it doesn't have to be a jacket. It can be a weapon or something else too as long as you can equip it and use it )
- Once the jacket you had on before is now on the ground you can now pickup the new jacket and put your stuff in it. ( If for some reason you can't drag items into your "New Jacket" then the bug has started and it might be best to relog. ) ( Relogging helps... )

I get the same problem with headgear, however its only ever headgear. Basically you go to replace the item on your head with one on the ground and it doesn't swap. Then you cannot change headgear ever again. If you drop the headgear your wearing to the ground you lose it but you still cannot pick up any other headgear or the one you dropped. Logging out and reloading fixes the issue and whatever you dropped or swapped too will be on your head. So it appears its a sort of visual problem that then effects your ability to replace or pickup other items.
