I was playing on the US Centraleast 0-1 server on .63 EXP, but as I was in the middle of Msta, everything server side stopped working (opening/closing doors, frozen infected, interacting with wells, etc.) so I logged out of the server, to reconnect to fix the issue, but I received the "character locked in database" error, while trying to connect.

This roughly happened at 10:25 PM PST, (2018-06-21), while trying to connect to US Centraleast 0-1
