I am not sure if this is something I should be posting in the bug report but its a big concern of mine so I thought I would at least mention it. In .62 I was getting about 50-60 fps, and when the early stress test for .63 came out I was getting about the same fps (50-60) but now on .63 I only get about 30 fps, this started sometime after one of the stress test updates. I have not changed my settings and I always keep everything on low or disabled. I do miss those frames. I put severity as minor although its a pretty big deal in my opinion. Also not sure how many others are having this.
