Upon skinning a chicken I am not getting bloody hands. The option to wash my hands does appear so the debug of dirty hands is probably active though it is not represented. Across multiple sessions with multiple chicken victims there is still no visual representation. Cleaning works as usual, clean hands after and no more wash options.
