You can see through floor when laying on top floor of ATC Tower in Northwest Airfield. I did not test this in other ATC towers or other floors, because I died shortly after recording a video.

Steps To Reproduce
-Lay down in the top floor of ATC tower
-Don't have gun in hands (tested only with bare hands - weapons not working)
-Hold right click to raise hands
-Look down
