The character is unable to grab any items that spawn in a certain position inside of a car/van that spawns along the road. Two occasions I saw .45 ACP ammot had spawned in the back left of a van and no matter how I positioned my character, I was unable to get the icon to pick up the item. Another occasion, .45 ACP spawned in the back left floor board of a sedan and I was unable to pick that up.
