While standing, the character is unable to use the 'F7' key and point with his finger. Only when the character is crouched/prone they can point. Pressing the 'F7' key while standing seems to make the characters head move a little, almost a side to side motion. Also, while standing and pressing the 'F7' key and then crouching, the character will automatically be pointing.

Steps To Reproduce
Have character in standing position
Press the 'F7' key to point
Go into the crouch/prone stance
While in standing position in third person view, press 'F7' and watch the back of the characters head "twitch"
