I spawned in Solnichniy. I picked up a blue sweater & put in in my inventory and drank some water from a well there and then ran towards Factory north of it.
Once I came close to it I got the message "No message received".

I had a long-ish life before this happened.
The last time I experienced this kick I had also just died & respawned after a longer life on a different character.
