The cross-hair sometimes becomes uncentered. Weapons no longer align with it. Logging out and back in fixes the problem.

Steps To Reproduce
The gun seems to be moved out of position somehow, as if it got stuck during some animation. I am not sure what causes this. I don't always notice right away.

They are looking into this. It happens when you go prone and raise your weapon and look around. The cure is to look all the way up and it will get back into alignment with ADS. Try it.
