Stress test server: DE 1-5

There is almost no loot in the prison-complex. In total, I have found around 6 pieces of prison clothing, but nothing else.
The loot on the island in non-prison buildings seemed fine.

Multi-floor buildings in cities (Zelenogorsk) also did not have much loot, compared to the more common single houses.
