I was injured then I wanted to leave the infected with the crouch animation, I was yellow/medium injured, but when using the SPRINT button (Shift) the character made the animation very weird and unnormaly fast.

But it was only with item in the hand, in the video you can see the difference with no items. But without item in hand its still a bit less weird and unnormal looking animation.
