After getting kicked the first time from a server I got a locked from database screen while joining another server, I waited for 10 seconds, pressed esc (don't know if this affected anything) and the game connected me to the server anyway. For the rest of my play session (around 1 hour) I had no other instances of getting this screen while connecting to a server. Unfortunally I can't recall what was the server I was trying to log-in when the screen appeared.
