When you hold down the left mouse button with, for example, a UMP and then press/hold the right mouse button to raise your weapon, the gun will start firing immediately, and quite accurate, despite your gun not being raised entirely.
Not sure if this really counts as a bug, but I can't imagine the developers would want to leave this in the final game.
