Texture format ARGB1555 doesn't match between TexView2 and Arma 3 in-game

Description

Any .paa image exported from TexView2 in ARGB1555 format have Red and Blue flipped inside the main game.

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Convert an specific image in Texture Viewer into .paa format, it should auto pick ARGB1555 to be able to reproduce. (It seems format is always picked automatically, overriding format on combobox on save, this makes reproducing to not work with any random image sadly...)
  2. Use the image as some texture in-game, bug appears in bulldozer too as seen below.
  3. The image should have Red and Blue channels swaped. ( as in RGB <-> BGR )
