When selecting the commander of a tank in spectator mode, the driver will not follow instructions to the next waypoint until you select to spectate another unit in the tank.
This could be true of other vehicles with a multicrew ... not tested.

Steps To Reproduce
In the editor place a player unit on a map.
Place any tank on a map and give it some waypoints, run the scenario and select spectator mode and switch between the units to spectate in either first or third person view, when you select the commander of the tank, the driver does not move.
I am using development build version 1.77.143144.
