Steps To Reproduce
Place a medical van, or a service van from the new laws of war dlc, then edit the vehicle appearance and hide the reflective tape. In the virtual arsenal you will see that the tape is hidden but if you go back into the game you still see parts of the tape appearing on the vehicle sides
