The other day I was at my base with an SVD, a random "freshie" pushed me with a IZH-43 in the middle of the woods, I couldn't do much because I was in "CQB" and could not use my crosshair because of the glitch.

I know it isn't because of my OS, or because of the "grey face" glitch.
Because my friends have had it on different OS's and while they don't have the face bug.

What even is the issue? You don't explain what the issue with the crosshair is at all, you just state "there's a glitch and i died", or at least that's what i am getting out of this?
The only crosshair bug I know about is that if you walk back and to the right at the same time while in 3rd person, and you are standing and aiming down your sights, your crosshair does not move barely at all, even despite being out of breath.
